Our secure Patient Portal gives you convenient 24/7 access to many of your healthcare needs from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Whether you need to send a message to your provider, request an appointment, review your test results, or pay your bill, the Patient Portal makes it easy to stay connected with our office.

What You Can Do in the Patient Portal

  • Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
  • Send secure messages to the provider or staff
  • View upcoming and past appointments
  • Review visit summaries
  • View laboratory and imaging results
  • Request prescription refills
  • Update your contact and insurance information
  • Complete forms before your visit
  • Pay your bill online
  • View your medication list and allergies
  • Access health education and care instructions

Schedule appointments in the patient portal

  • Log on to the Patient Portal.
  • Your upcoming appointments appear on your home page and on the Appointments page.
  • Click Appointments.
  • Click Schedule Appointment

  • Select Reason for Visit to see available days for your chosen appointment type which will then appear highlighted in green.
  • Click on the date of your choice from the green highlighted dates
  • The available times for your chosen date will appear at the top of the window.
  • Select the time you prefer for your appointment and a confirmation screen opens.
  • Add any comments regarding this appointment to the Additional notes box and click Schedule Appointment
  • You will receive a confirmation to your chosen communication preferences – text or email.

Reschedule appointments in the patient portal

  • Log on to the Patient Portal.
  • Your upcoming appointments appear on your home page and on the Appointments page.
  • Click Appointments.
  • Click Reschedule below the appointment you wish to reschedule.
  • Select the date you would like to move your appointment from the green highlighted dates on the calendar.
  • Select the time you prefer from the available times on your chosen date.
  • A confirmation screen will open.
  • Add any comments to the Additional notes box.
  • Click Schedule Appointment.
  • You will receive a confirmation to your chosen communication preferences – text or email.
